I. GAME DESCRIPTION

Little Lap wants to be the number one fighter in the world. Thus, after he has learned kung-fu for thirteen years, he establishes a kung-fu platform and invites all fighters to join in a kung-fu competition.

II. GETTING STARTED

After you have turned the power on, the Supervision logo and the title screen will be shown automatically. Press START key then will start the game at once.

III. HOW TO PLAY

The top status line of the game playing screen shows you the score, the stage number, the number of lives left and the high score. And the bottom of the LCD screen shows you, from left to right, your life force and the life force of your opponent respectively. A chance will be lost when the life force is reduced to zero. And the game will be over after you have lost four lives. Conversely, if you kill the opponent, another opponent will come to fight with you. There are four stages (opponents) altogether and you will become the number one fighter if you successfully kill all of them. Otherwise, you can re-start the game by pressing the START key.

During the game, you can control the movement of Little Lap by the DIRECTION keys. After you have stood on the suitable position, you should use your fist and foot to attack your opponent. You can punch your opponent leftward or rightward by pressing the corresponding DIRECTION keys and button A concurrently. And you can kick your opponent by pressing the LEFT/RIGHT key and button B simultaneously. You can also do the attack while kneeling downward by pressing the DOWN key. Press it together with button B would control Little Lap downward. And pressing it with button A would control Little Lap to punch downward. However, if you want to kick your opponent while jumping, press the UP key and button B synchronically. In addition, pressing either the LEFT or RIGHT keys together with the UP key would allow you to jump leftward and rightward.

Kung-Fu Street was not programmed to feature an ending sequence. Stage four is the last stage to feature unique enemies. From then on, enemy design is looped indefinitely from the beginning.
